  Also you can try right-clicking project name, selecting Properties... > iOS tab > Autorotation.

  I was thinking of this too and the only way to manage that would be to keep polling the orientation at a set interval, smaller interval to make it react instantenously but that also means used CPU cycles to poll and return the orientation (if changed).

  @oleg, i think it was not the intention of bowerhaus, he made a lot of useful stuff to gideros back in the past. probably he cancelled the subscription to the domain and then the company having his domain redirects now to wherever it wants.

  A game I'm working on now supports rotation, so it can be played in landscape or portrait, and it scales to any resolution. I've tested it on iOS, Android and HTML5.

  @totebo In portrait mode, the rotation works like a landscape mode
  
  so I use an accelerometer for auto-rotation instead of the built-in function

  I also have games that use the rotate to work in portrait or landscape. There is a switch in 'requires' to enable it.
