Apple did not reject your app.
My tetris game was rejected days ago, it says
We found that your app contains features that may infringe on rights owned by Tetris Holding, LLC, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.
Specifically, we noticed your app name, icon, screenshots, and app description are emulating the famous game Tetris. Please see the attached screenshot/s for more information.

Aside from "tetris" piece in game (which I think not really copyrighted or something like that, we see a lot of games make use of such "shapes"), Game42 does not have anything related to Tetris. Gameplay rule of Tiling is different (in fact we're sort of pretty proud of this idea of ours
Previously I used the word tetris in the description for Tiling game but iTunesConnect warned right after I saved the text, so I avoided it afterwards.

I also made some adjustment for Chartboost.
Those who haven't should at least try the free version.
@phongtt you should include your latest screenshots whenever you are talking about your game. They are good.
