Gideros apps not available to Samsung S4?

I've been told that my app isn't available on the Play Store for the Samsung S4. It looks like no Gideros produced apps are available on the S4 - it must be something to do with the manifest, maybe this bit:
Does anyone know what else should go in there to make Gideros apps available?
