Thats strange but I have "Error connecting to itunes", while restore purchase button seems to work connecting to itunes and saying that there are no purchases to be restored. In other apps iap seems to work.
My guess is that because the IAP item is not live yet, so when the game query a transaction with item ID it will return an error. For Restore Purchase there's no item ID
Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to do so.
( I could have done this: manually control the release date, so at least it's safer to check internally before put it live. In fact I was aware about that but seems I forgot )
But no one here has had such experience? Or it's just because in my case I was too eager to check IAP right after the game went live while in most cases people (developers) aren't aware about that and they just know it works because they test it later?

(Works perfectly in sandbox mode)
Could anyone help check it? No need to purchase anything, just touch on an item and if the confirmation dialog appears then it works.
One possible reason is that the IAP items, although says "Approved" in iTunesConnect, take time to go live :-??

This is to fix a critical but that made IAP manfunctioned (user bought an item but it was not put into the game)
