Hi Giderosians,
Just a friendly reminder - please think twice, control three times, about the code you're using. Licensing and intellectual property rights have always been important, yet critical issues between two entities.
If you are not explicitly granted to use a part of an SDK, code, graphics, etc and you are not authorized by the licensor to use these materials, please do not claim that they are yours. Even writing the original author's copyright notice in the header may not be satisfying the license terms.
Especially when you are posting a code sample in our forum, make sure that this code is engineered by you, or you use permissive license like GPL, LGPL, MIT, BSD, Apache or Mozilla. In case of a doubt, you can always consult the original author, or directly to me before posting, so we can discuss further.
I'm pretty sure that you are very careful with these subjects anyways, but just a heads up.
Thank you for your consideration.
Best
Gorkem

Ok, on my part I wanted to say, that every my class that I publish here and/or on my website http://appcodingeasy.com/ is under BSD license (if not stated otherwise).
Meaning you can use it anyway you like (even for commercial projects), only restriction is to acknowledge the original author (in this situation me). You can't say it's your work, and you must leave header comments in class when using or republishing it.
Linkbacks are always welcomed, but not mandatory.
*edit* I updated the lua tour post to include a link to the license.
I want to make sure that we, as a (small) community, are not harmed or accused of doing a wrong thing just because we unconsciously fail to comply with license terms.
