Hey,
I've followed and double checked the instructions on this page:
http://members.giderosmobile.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=94After many a build the game still doesn't install on iPad Mini Retina (which I believe is 64 bit). It runs fine on all 32 bit systems I've tries it on. On 64 bit it goes through the entire installation process, and then, just before the icon normally becomes available to press to start the game there is a "Unable to download app" message with a retry and done button. The retry button doesn't work.
I also tried to compile and install the Gideros player with the aame result. Next I'm planning to build a completely empty project, to remove the possibility of plugins and code messing things up. Before I do, though, does this seem familiar to anyone? It does seem likely that I've missed a pesky little flag in XCode.
Cheers,
Niclas

As it builds for your, is there a possibility it is another issue?
Does other apps install ok on your iPad Mini?
You can debug it like described here and post a consol log:

The problem may be the iPad Mini, but in my experience it's usually a bad move hoping for a one-off anomaly.

Oh, BTW, this was for an iPad only app.

As in how can I improve text in the knowledgebase, so there won't be any confusion anymore?
It turns out that a second iPad Mini Retina installed just fine, whereas the first one still has problems. I see this as proof that the problem is with the first iPad Mini Retina, or its troubled relationship with Testflight.
This unfortunately means I still don't know if compiling without the arm64 made a difference. I am keeping these settings for the project. Will report back if I bump into any issues.

I'm new in Gideros.
I tried to install the iOS player in my iPad Air with no success. I also couldn't compile a tutorial app not even in the simulator. It works fine in all devices but iPad Air and iPhone 5S, both 64 bit. I tried to do what @bowerandy recommended but couldn't find a way to do it in Xcode 5.1.1.
Can any one help me out?
you click on your project name, then on target, then on Build Settings tab and Architectures should be somewhere on the top.
