How to upgrade Gideros Mobile License ?

Dear Sir,
I want to upgrade the license. But I can not open the following page :

Is there any method to upgrade the license on line and pay the fee by paypal ?

If you are experiencing problems with licensing, just launch the Gideros License Manager and let it connect to server, it should enable licenses on all License dependent Gideros versions
What do I need to do for this ?
