Is there a way to limit the FPS to 60 in HTML5 games? My game is running smoothly but the gameplay is too fast.

It is limited to 60hz...

add a frame counter then display it /60 and see if it matched your watch...

Maybe your other versions are running slow?

When I've tested them they're around 55-60 fps, so should't really feel that different.
