Hi All,
it may not be big news anymore, but my second game made with Gideros is now live: due to the different approval process, it will take some time to appear on the App Store, but on Android it's already available
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brookspenland.startfreeAs usual, I'm not the publisher, just the developer behind… And, if you've followed the … ahem… story of my first game, you'll see that this time I'm fully covered!

btw, there is a problem with brookspenland.com right now.
"Get the music" link goes the iTunes by the way
@gorkem thanks for the heads up, I'll correct it as soon as I have a chance, at least it won't need to go through a review…

SD Storage and Network Comms I get (save options & ad support), but is the location required for ad targetting? and why should the app require the ability to read my phone state and identity?
Can you select which permissions you want when exporting a project to Android?
Also if you you don't mind me asking which ad provider did you use and what was involved in adding ad support to your app?

Having no direct support to ads in Gideros, I've added them at the next level, i.e. Objective-C for iOS and Java for Android: while I had experience with the first, it's taken some time to get how the things should work with Activities, Layouts, manifests and the like, but at least I could try (that wouldn't have been possible with other frameworks).

What I can do is set one of the sample projects up with ads, on both platforms, and post it here: if someone else can help writing things down, I can certainly give any info to make it work!
