  If this gets implemented, then please add an option that an avatar can get blocked. I have seen examples in the past where someone can get a sesure form looking at it, so bad it was.

  Scouser, after reading the followup comments, I think it's much meaningful to keep it as is rather than adding two more options/features.

  I don't mean to bash this feature. There are nice examples, but personally I don't need them and I can see that it can cause sometimes irritation.
