  I mean the "Content rating" session under the "Store Presence" when you upload the game to the store. If the game "Rated for 3+" then the Store likely review it more carefully.

  This is happening to updates, not just new games not already on the store or having a rating. Mine got reviewed and it was already established with a content rating.
