  Well, if the ad is not embedded in the game, then it is blocked
  That's what all browsers do
  This became a problem for the sites 10 years ago\
  I had to close my site that existed through adsense advertising

  The browser is not an advertising platform, the browser is a 'game store' that will be installed on every computer.

  I didn't have the impression it is like a game store.
  
  Did you find any documentation or any link for developers to submit their games? I didn't.
  
  Maybe they're planning to become a game store in the near future. And if that's the case they can take 2 distinct paths: open its store to all developers or make a deal with a selected group of them.
  
  But it seems to me they want to be seen as THE browser for players (for a while, at least).
