Finally I have released Neon Command on Google Play and the Apple Appstore.

It took way to long to get this out but that wasn't a fault with Gideros Studio but rather my huge laziness!

There is a free app called Android Hardware Info where oyu can look up this info.
maybe my rom ? (not official samsung but it's andorid 4...) all other applications are compatible...
